A few months ago Ken wrote and asked:

"Listen, I am 57, trying to set a good example of fitness for older and younger folks, have been lifting weights for over 30 years and look a bit like Hulk Hogan. P.S. I now tell folk about the nerve endings which are just under the skin on the palms, and run up the median nerve through your carpal tunnel, up your wrists into the elbows, that with time and "abuse" its going to come back to haunt them. Take the proper precautions now and avoid the pain when you get to be my age..... Get a NewGrip on your workout! They are the key.
