    How to heal this syndrome is not well understood.

    Remember arthritis hands and wrists START because fingers are over used, bruised, or under nourished.

    Many of our customers have discovered that NewGrips relieve arthritis hand and wrist pain by properly padding hands, fingers and palms.

    Here are some suggestions:

    (1) Relaxing your grip relieves tension on nerves, tendons and joints.

    (2) Protect and pad your hands and wrists against impact.

    (3) Rest, accompanied by hot and cold water soaks of hands and wrists, up to your elbows.

    (4) Rub an analgesic cream on your hands and wrists, morning and night.

    (5)Wrap hands in flannel at bed time.

    Proper form is the key. Keep the bar centered in your palm. Do not allow the bar to roll forward into your fingers, because this forces your wrists to bend forward; which can over stretch tendins and hurt.
