First of all, when you contact NewGrip you are always in contact with the owners, Alan or Julie Trombetta. This is a family run business.

A new size will be mailed out within 2 days, at no cost to you, along with a Postage Paid Return Envelope for the item that did not fit. Buying NewGrips is Risk Free.
