"The Best Weightlifting Tip is...
in Your Hands"
Hands do it all:
grab, grip, pull, push, squeeze, strain, callous, bruise, and hurt.

Hands simply do not have enough 'meat' on them to properly cushion and protect your finger joints, tendons and skin tissue.
In fact, of the 206 bones in your body over 50 are in your hands!
No wonder hands hurt!!!
Until now your instinct has been to put
a death grip on the bar trying to prevent
it from slipping and torquing in your hands.

This causes calluses, grip fatigue,
strained wrists and hand pain!
With NewGrips you don't have
to squeeze as hard anymore.

>NewGrips are 5mm of rugged high density neoprene.
>Leather gloves are only 2mm and do not pad fingers.
>Grips are flexible, conform to the bar, absorb pressure and prevent
calluses.
No part ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ of the bar touches your hand.
Grips keep you focused on muscle gain - not hand
pain.
As a result reps and weight loads go up - calluses and hand pain go down.
What Grips Do:
>> NewGrips pad and protect both your fingers and palms. This relieves the nerve endings and tendons in your hands from being crushed and abused by weight bar pressure. This also puts an end to sore hands and ugly calluses.
>> The wrist support straps keep the median nerve, which runs through the carpal tunnel, warm and firmed-up with the help of tension controllable straps, which prevents wrist ache.
"NewGrips are simple (and inexpensive!) but amazingly effective at relieving pressure on the hands. They also provide wrist support. The giant added benefit is they allow you to lift more weight or complete more reps. Most people just don't realize they stop lifting because of discomfort instead of true muscle exhaustion. I discovered this years ago when testing lifting hooks, and the same is true with these NewGrips - if you use them you'll lift more weight. Period. Definitely worth the price.

"In 2004 I won the MET-Rx Body Challenge. I am a practicing attorney as well as a MET-Rx spokesman. I've been in AXL and IRON MAN, and will appear in next month's Max Muscle's Max Sports and Fitness. I also recommend people to your website from mine (www.musclelaw.com) .
During years of lifting, I must have gone through a pair of leather weightlifting gloves every three months. The leather would tear, the stitching would come undone, they'd get all stretched out, not fit anymore, or they'd start to smell. It got to the point that I just stopped buying them anymore. But I still wasted time looking for the next "gimmick" that would make the next pair of gloves better than the last.
Now, I use NewGrips and I'll NEVER use anything else. Not only is the price right, but they protect my hands, keep them cool, support my wrists, give me a much better grip, allow me to lift more weight, and they're nearly indestructible.
As an athlete I value performance and as an attorney I value proof.
NewGrips have proven themselves to perform better than anything I've ever used. What could be better than that?"

"I can lift significantly
heavier weights, and growing much faster since using NewGrip. They are a vast improvement over other weight lifting gloves and wrist straps."
-Tim Radle,
Ohio
"I got 3 extra reps and added 9 more pounds my first day thanks to NewGrips! My benching reached 278! I really broke through a plane that day. On another core move, the squat, I reached 430." -Mark Landis, Tennessee

"Our bench presshas gone up 15-30
lbs. Cynthia can bench 215 now, and I'm doing 275. Your
weightlifting gloves are the best."

Cynthia Billingsley, California
IMPORTANT STUDY FOR LIFTING HEAVIER WEIGHTS
Studies done with bodybuilders and golfer's demonstrate that increases in strength (even some full range strength), muscle size and athletic performance can all be achieved with very heavy exercises using zero range of motion.
That's right, a static hold in the strongest range of motion can trigger substantial muscle adaptation and improved, sport-specific performance. Golfer's using this method increased their overall strength as measured in 12 muscle groups by an average of 84% and added up to 30 yards to their drives. (A movement that truly uses a full range of motion.) They did this in an average of 6.6 very brief workouts spread over several weeks.

MORE Weightlifting TIPS:
TIP 1. Do not over train. Recover time is critical to success. Only return to training when you muscles do not hurt anymore. Because they grow ONLY while recovering. If they do not get enough rest they will not grow.
TIP 2. to grow larger muscles max out the weight bar so that you can only do 4-6 reps to exhaust your muscle. GO SLOW. Count to 10 in each direction. Keep good form.
TIP 3. to shape muscles for a trim well-defined body, max out the weight bar so that you have to do 82.px5 reps to exhaust your muscle. MEDIUM SPEED. Count to 5 in each direction. Keep good form.
WHY SLOW? Doing each rep in slow motion forces every muscle, tendon and ligament to participate in helping you reach fitness goals. The more muscles that work - the better the workout!
TIP 4. The longer you hold the bar, in a static position, the more fine muscles come into play in order to hold it. This also reduces the chance of injury caused by moving heavy weights. For example, tennis elbow is usually caused by trying to move to much weight which strains and or tears a tendon.
TIP 5. How to ease sore muscles.
The best thing for sore muscles that are due to over-doing something is to go out and do it again! Just not as much. If you ran 2 miles and it made you sore, go run 1 quarter mile, and your muscles will loosen up faster than if you do nothing. If you lifted too much weight in the gym, go out and just try lifting half or 3/4 that amount. If you did 20 reps, just do 10. But do EXACTLY THE SAME EXCERCISE that got you sore, just don't do as much.

"I couldn't imagine using anything else -- regular lifting gloves simply pale in comparison. I love the extra coverage at the base of the thumb. A lot of times that area would be exposed and grind against the bar or edge of the dumbbell plates, but now even that is not a problem."
-Frank Longo, NYC
"I'm a physical therapist with arthritis and, I must tell you, in my +35 years of lifting weights I have seen no product better than yours. Again, thanks!"
Perry McGinnis, PT, Indiana
"My first pair of Grips lasted 3 years! I like that my hands do not get sweaty as they did in traditional gloves and there is much better hand padding. I bench 105 lbs which is just under my body weight. Its a lot of pressure on my hands... which Grips relieve." -Judy Ohara, California
"At the gym yesterday and I saw some guys putting on the workout gloves that I used to wear and thought how happy I was to have discovered NewGrips and no longer had to deal with leather gloves anymore.
