Our Liftime Warranty

This is something new we are offering at NewGrip.  We are so confident in the durability and comfort of our new material,  that we are offering a free life time replacement of our hand pads and wrist support.  This warranty is valid only on NewGrip products purchased through newgrip.com and is only valid for products purchased after November 1, 2016.

Specifics of the Warranty:

• If your pads or wrist support rip or become damaged at ANY TIME, please send a picture of the damage as well as your address and order info to info@newgrip.com we will replace them free of charge.
• Our Warranty is good for replacement of a single pair of NewGrip Gloves, so over the life of a pair of NewGrip gloves we will replace a pair of hand pads and a pair of wrist support.  We will not replace multiple damaged pairs.
• If you are unhappy with the way any NewGrip product works, please return them to NewGrip/Returns 3223 Ne 133rd Ave Portland OR 97230 within 90 Days,  we will issue you a full refund.
